Welcome to Cambridge Kids!

This week has been the first week of the kindergarten’s academic year, and we couldn’t be more excited to get to know your children and all of you!

This week has been a rather relaxed week, in regards to academia, as we wanted the children to get to know one another, their teachers, and the kindergarten proper. Games, songs, dances, colouring, painting, and other fun activities have seen the children warm up to their environment as well as one another. Of course, adjustment is different for each child so, if your child is still struggling to adapt, worry not as it only takes time.

The English Newsletter!

Cambridge Kids will send out this regular newsletter to keep you up to date with what is happening in your child’s year group.

Highlighting their activities, and giving a brief explanation on how this helps your child develop, we hope that you will be able to understand a little more about the academic processes involved in the children learning English as a Second Language (ESL).

Alongside the usual academic updates, this newsletter will also provide you with links to online resources, special events, and other useful tips and tricks to help your child become more open and confident with using English outside of the allotted class time.

Good Luck to all of us who are a part of Cambridge Kids! We are excited for this upcoming year, and cannot wait to see what is around the corner!

Best, Rhys Williams

Academic Director
